Sorry to hear about your situation Bill. Sounds like you made a wise decision to head home when you did though, could have been much worse had you continued. Sometimes toughing it out is not a good idea, we need to listen to what our body is telling us. Walked 750 miles....wow!
Especially sorry to hear that you are selling your GTS. It probably wasn't an easy decision. And as much as I can't believe I'd say this, I'm going to say it anyway: there's plenty of great bikes out there besides the GTS. So when and if you decide to get another bike I'm sure you'll have many good machines to choose from. Don't get me wrong, just that there's too many fun bikes and too little money and time.
