Actually, Pablo, the whole idea is satire based upon commonly distributed
indications of alcolohol abuse. But since in Europe, almost everybody abuses
alcohol, perhaps references to such are less common. But as for your
solutions to the problem, I find the most reasonable to be a third World War.
It would do the most to reduce traffic for those of us who are left.
