Pablo, excellent way to handle a major problem !! I think all riders in the USA will support the efforts of our Spanish friends to make motorcycling safer and less expensive !!

Car drivers mainly waited and where patient for hours. At the end, it seems that fences are going to be protected (but it will be needed years to protect all of them), and Government is studding several tax help for motorcycles. But since in Europe, almost everybody abuses alcohol, perhaps references to such are less common. But as for your solutions to the problem, I find the most reasonable to be a third World War.
