I also have the same clicking when I grab the brakes. It's hard to find alone because I can't easily roll the bike forward, hit the brake, and probe the front suspension at the same time. I tried moving all the suspension arms but with all the strength I could muster up in my arms I couldn't cause any play even after I torqued all the front suspension bolts to spec. This past weekend I reached around the front caliper and was able to move the brake pads forward a bit and it would cause a clicking noise (they would spring back when released).
