I also have the same clicking when I grab the brakes. It's hard to find
alone because I can't easily roll the bike forward, hit the brake, and probe
the front suspension at the same time. I tried moving all the suspension
arms but with all the strength I could muster up in my arms I couldn't cause
any play even after I torqued all the front suspension bolts to spec. This
past weekend I reached around the front caliper and was able to move the
brake pads forward a bit and it would cause a clicking noise (they would
spring back when released).

Subject: A clicking from the front

Hi,
does anyone have a similar noise? When I tap the front brake while driving
very slowly, it could happen, that there is a one-time click.
This unusual noise comes from the area arround the front brake or the
swingarm. I couldnt locate it yet (its most sporadic).
The front seems to be ok. There is nothing loose.

Greetings
Helmuth
