Hi Walt, I think you�ve hit the point. In the next weeks I�ll have to change the brake pads and in this connection I�ll examine the clearance and tell you what I�ve found.
Helmuth <I also have the same clicking when I grab the brakes. It's hard to find <alone because I can't easily roll the bike forward, hit the brake, and <probe <the front suspension at the same time. I tried moving all the suspension <arms but with all the strength I could muster up in my arms I couldn't <cause <any play even after I torqued all the front suspension bolts to spec. This <past weekend I reached around the front caliper and was able to move the <brake pads forward a bit and it would cause a clicking noise (they would <spring back when released). <- Walt
