Oooooooh, anything but the Fram! Personally, I went on the JC Whitney website and picked up their "un-named" brand of spin-on oil filters for the GTS1000. Of course, I already knew that what comes in the mail is Emgo! Everything I've EVER read stated that this is a superior filter used by so many racers in the AMA. Upon inspection I found all of their claims to be true. It comes in it's on box with the open end sealed in shrink wrap. It doesn't have the "flat square" type washer that you see on the Frams, but instead an actual O-ring design like the Yamaha and Honda filters. Truly a quality filter. I picked them up last year when they were on sale for $4.99 (regular priced at $5,99). I've got about 5 on the shelf.
