It's metric torque (kilogram-meter) all though technically it's not scientific because a kg is a mass unit not a force unit. Torque is a force acting on a lever arm. A correct unit of torque in metric units would be Newton-Meters (N-m). Nonetheless it is understood by the technical types as torque. If you want it in N-m multiply by ~9.8.
