My 1 cent: I went to 120 front and the Pirelli Dragons.  Excellent tires.
Very predictable--and I haven't lost traction yet--on the other hand I don't
ride all that fast anymore--not that I ever did.  I've never touched any
hard part down, so maybe I've been riding too conservatively.
