Daren, if you want to ride later into the year, surely you Canadians are
familiar with electric clothing...aren't you?

I think the best are made by Gerbing.  Ain't cheap, but it keeps you warm.

I see they make an electric suit (called the "ultimate").

I use the jacket liner under my 'stich and sometimes the gloves, if it's
really cold, and I'm being particularly stupid (for riding when it's that
cold).  OTOH, sometimes it isn't that cold, but once you add in the 80 mph
wind chill it is THAT cold.
