Peter, I dont think I would go for that deal. For a couple of reasons. Ebay is troubled with fake auctions.
Second, If you have reserves about it, dont do it. Dont try to convince yourself you need it, if you don't. If you plan to put on those miles on that you were talking about, you would soon see the resale value decline. Now, if this bike is an investment, then it needs to become a museum piece...rarely ridden. And in another 15-20 years you may have a pristine motorcycle with a collector's resale value. My advice, ride your GTS. You already have a beautiful machine, a head-turning, wow-inspiring, designed grace. Save your money, many people are looking for jobs as we speak, you may need that income in the future. When we climb out of this recession..(as soon as Bush is kicked out) ..live wild and buy 2 nortons. --That is what my crystal ball said....or was that the magic 8 ball??? THOR
