I saw a Concours fitted with 4 way flashers once, the guy made the construction himself.
Here's how: He wired all turn signals together from a point close to the light bulbs so all lights will light up when switching on the turn signal. Next he made an extra switch on his dashboard interrupting the line between the turn signals. When he wanted all fours flashing, he turned on his turn signal and flipped the switch, thus connecting all four turn signals. According to this fellow this construction worked fine for a number of years when I spoke to him, with no technical problems at all.
