After a little more searching in the archives it seems that Steve Puig reported that his YZF750 Carbon SS2R can bolted on without any problems. He said to make sure you got the can with the "adjustable mounting collar around the canister".
Tim Monaghan said his YZF750 SSR2 can would not fit without modifications. Perhaps Tims can was the aluminum can with the mount bracket welded on versus the carbon one with an adjustable clamp-on mount bracket. Can anyone enlighten me here? Thanks Joe. -----Original Message----- From: Loss, Joe [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Wednesday, January 08, 2003 8:37 AM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Slip-on exhaust cans Those of you that have tried slip-on cans, any feedback on the pros and cons? I believe the Vance and Hines SSR2 can for a YZF 750 bolts right on. Do they clear the Krauser panniers? Thanks Joe. ====================================================================================== NOTICE - This communication may contain confidential and privileged information that is for the sole use of the intended recipient.
