I found that parts for the GTS are more available and cheaper in Europe. I will check when I get back there and maybe bring a bunch of stuff back.

This is standard operating procedure with anything you order for the GTS from any dealer. There are very few, if any parts that are in stock. Put it on order and you will get an update in a few days with your estimated del date. Zanotti has the best prices. If they truly can't get, they will refund your money/ credit your credit card. I ordered all the front plastic, subframe, dash pieces etc. to rebuild mine this past Aug after having a run-in with a big rig. -- Dave Biasotti // Fremont, CA Date: Thu, 16 Jan 2003 06:31:29 -0800 From: "Boman, Jeff" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subject: Throttle Cable I went to place an order with Zanotti for a new throttle cable assembly and was told that the assy is not available and would be placed on backorder with Yamaha. Zanotti was not sure when the assy would be available. My question to fellow GTSers: Is there another throttle cable assy that is common, let's say the '93 FZR throttle cable assembly, that could be used on the GTS? While we're on the subject, if someone on the list has used parts from other models on the GTS it would be great to have a list of common substitute parts. atb Jeff B. San Diego
