Hope it's not too late but just a quick thought that just occurred to me. Why are the core days Tue-Thur instead of Mon-Wed or Wed-Fri? Surely it will be easier for people to take time off work tp be there for the weekend beforehand or after than taking time off in the middle of the week. I'm thinking of people using personal holiday time to go there.
