Polipo is the orbot built-in proxy and looks like the prefered option
choose if you call StrongOkHttpClientBuilder + forMaxSecurity

I do an ugly fix, if OrbotHelper calls onStarting orbot was off and i wait
2 seconds for polipo, if orbot was running onStarting is not called.
