Well........On 95/98/NT I wrote a little app to Start and Stop Apache hidden 
(and
check status , and live down in the task tray ......A wee bit of a kluge but it
works....Has Searchable logs .....(except I forgot a scroll bar on the error 
logs
:) Works fine with a scroll mouse...:)..............Heres the Hitches....and
Someday unless someone beats me to it I plan to pick back up on this project
again ....I lost the source (probably best) ......AND the big hitch is I am
killing by proccess NAME .....soooooo (under windows) When Apache runs a Perl or
Tcl Script It assumes the name of the interpreter .....And it wont stop apache
anymore.....This was written when a Ctrl C wouldnt kill Apache on Windows (Alpha
1...?).......I only run executables under apache on Win32 so it works Fine for 
me
.......If anyone Wants this godawful klude Ill Zip it up and mail it ..........
