It turns out that no Guile fixes are needed after all. So as far as
Guile on armel is concerned, we only need a new libgc release.
(The history here was that I tried some Guile fixes first, with 7.1-8,
then upgraded the libgc source, and hadn't yet tried reverting the Guile
fixes.)
