Manually compiling the main source file with -O0 takes about 3.2s, without any options it takes about 4.0s. So that seems to help a bit, thank you. Is there a way to fine tune the optimizations (or any other compiler options) when running a guile program from a script? I couldn't find any information about that in the manual. -- Jan Synáček
