hydra: berlin: Use --cpu base for Childhurd.
Using --cpu base fixes booting the Hurd in QEMU with --enable-kvm.
* hydra/berlin.scm (services): Override "options" field; keeping
default "--snaphot" and adding "--cpu" "base".
