gnu: gupnp: Add gsettings-desktop-schemas for tests.
This fixes the fatal error "Settings schema 'org.gnome.system.proxy' is not
installed", which causes build to fail.
* gnu/packages/gnome.scm (gupnp)[native-inputs]: Add
gsettings-desktop-schemas.
