gnu: strongswan: Invoke absolute file names in ‘ipsec’ launcher.
* gnu/packages/vpn.scm (strongswan)[arguments]: Include the ‘ipsec’
launcher script in the 'patch-command-file-names phase.
[inputs]: Add coreutils.
