gnu: glibc: Remove unneeded nscd patching.
This change had no effect already in glibc 2.29, which has proper
versioning.
* gnu/packages/base.scm (glibc)[arguments]: Remove obsolete
'nscd/nscd_stat.c' 'substitute*' statement.
