gnu: services: Fix bluetooth-service docstring.
* gnu/services/desktop.scm (bluetooth-service): Sync docstring with info,
remove mention to group not really needed to access D-Bus service.
* doc/guix.texi (Desktop Services): Also remove mention to group here.
