status: Print a hint when a 'package-cache' hook fails to build.
* guix/channels.scm (package-cache-file): Add 'channels' to the #:properties
list.
* guix/status.scm (print-build-event): Upon failure, display a hint when
the derivation is a 'package-cache' hook.
