system: hurd: Use shepherd-0.8 in the package list.
* gnu/system/hurd.scm (%base-packages/hurd): Change shepherd to
shepherd-0.8,
since the former uses fibers, and thus conflicts with the shepherd-0.8 we
use in
the default essential services.
