gnu: samba: Apply graft, and make graft private.
* gnu/packages/samba.scm (samba) [replacement]: Add field.
(samba/security-fixes): Renamed from samba/fixed, for clarity.
* gnu/packages/samba.scm (samba/pinned): Adjust for graft variable name
change.
