gnu: qtbase-5: Use libxkbcommon-1.5.
This fixes a build failure for qtbase-5 and qtbase due to keysyms removed in
libxkbcommon 1.6.0. See the release announcement

* gnu/packages/qt.scm (qtbase)[inputs]: Replace libxkbcommon with
libxkbcommon-1.5.
