gnu: python-regions: Speed up tests.
* gnu/packages/astronomy.scm (python-regions): Enable parallel
tests to speed them up.
[arguments] <#:test-flags>: Add it with "-n" option.
[native-inputs]: Add python-pytest-xdist.
