gnu: Remove libtommath-1.1.
* gnu/packages/multiprecision.scm (libtommath-1.1): Delete variable.
* gnu/packages/patches/libtommath-fix-linkage.patch: Remove file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
