gnu: texlive-libkpathsea: Remove duplicate documentation.
* gnu/packages/tex.scm (texlive-libkpathsea)[arguments]<#:phases>: Replace
useless `install' phase instead of adding a new one after it. Delete
documentation already included in another package.
