gnu: kimageformats: Update to 6.3.0.
* gnu/packages/kde-frameworks.scm (kimageformats): Update to 6.3.0.
[inputs]: Remove openexr-2 and qtbase-5; add openexr, qtbase, libjxl,
libraw,
libavif, qtimageformats, imath, and zlib.
[arguments]: Stop replace check phase; Remove configure-flags.
