gnu: Remove go-github-com-emersion-go-textwrapper.
It's not in use by any packages in Guix, upstream message: "This
repository has been archived by the owner on Mar 2, 2024. It is now
read-only."
* gnu/packages/golang.scm (go-github-com-emersion-go-textwrapper): Delete
variable.
