    gnu: lsof: Fix build with Linux 6.9
    
    * gnu/packages/lsof.scm(lsof)[source]: Add patch.
    * gnu/packages/patches/lsof-compat-linux-6.9.patch: New file.
    * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
