gnu: python-hdf4: Update to 0.9.2.
* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-hdf4): Update to 0.9.2.
[build-system]: Use pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]: Remove custom 'check phase; add phase 'build-extensions.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-nose; add python-pytest, python-setuptools,
and
python-wheel.
[inputs]: Drop labels.
