gnu: Remove go-k8s-io-klog.
go-k8s-io-klog failed to build and has no users in Guix, overwrite it
with v2 variant.
* gnu/packages/golang-xyz.scm (go-k8s-io-klog): Overwrite variable with
go-k8s-io-klog-v2 variant.
