* gnu/packages/python-web.scm (python-h2): Fix build.
[build-system]: Swap to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments] <test-flags>: Skip 10 tests.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-hypothesis; add python-setuptools and
python-wheel.
