gnu: python-virtualenv: Update to 20.29.1.
* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-virtualenv): Update to
20.29.1. Fix build.
[arguments] <test-flags>: Skip one more test.
[propagated-inputs]: Remove python-importlib-metadata.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-covdefaults and python-coverage; add
python-pytest-freezer.
