gnu: Remove python-caniusepython3.
It's a leaf package without users in Guix, failed to build and
archived upstream 4 years ago: "This repository was archived by the
owner on Jan 2, 2021. It is now read-only."
* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-caniusepython3): Delete variable.
