hydra: berlin: Use fewer ‘guix publish’ workers.
The I/O pressure is too high when all 8 workers are writing to the disk
concurrently, which slows down other activities such as postgres.
* hydra/berlin.scm <services>: Reduce #:publish-workers to 6.
