    services: networking: Add shepherd-requirement for dhcpcd.
    
    * gnu/services/networking.scm (dhcpcd-configuration): Add
    shepherd-requirement field.
    (dhcpcd-shepherd-service): Use it.
    * doc/guix.texi (Networking Setup): Regenerate dhcpcd-configuration
    documentation.
    (File Systems): Fix typo.
