gnu: python-certifi: Enable tests.
* gnu/packages/python-crypto.scm (python-certifi) [version]: Adjust it to
match Git tag.
[source]: Switch to git-fetch containing tests.
[arguments] <tests?>: Enable them.
[native-inputs]: Add nss-certs-for-test and python-pytest.
