[source]: Switch to git-fetch.
[build-system]: Switch pyproject-build-system.
[inputs]: Add python-polib and python-pymd4c.
[propagated-inputs]: Remove python-polib and python-pymd4c.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-bump2version and python-yamllint; add
python-setuptools.
