* gnu/packages/django.scm (python-django-dbbackup): Update to 5.1.2.
[source]: Switch to git-fetch.
[phases]{pre-check}: Remove tests modification step.
{check}: Use default phase.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-setuptools and python-wheel; add
python-hatchling.
