* gnu/packages/astronomy.scm (python-astrodata):
[arguments] <test-flags>: Skip one more test.
[phases]{relax-requirements}: New phase.
[propagated-inputs]: Remove python-asdf-3, python-astropy-6,
python-gwcs-0.21, and python-numpy-1; add python-asdf, python-astropy,
python-gwcs, and
python-numpy.
