* gnu/packages/video.scm (obs): Update to 32.0.4.
[source]<origin>: Switch to url-fetch as upstream Releases have hashes and
can be verified.
[inputs] Add libfdk for encoding in AAC. Add websocketpp-next to enable
websocket support.
