* gnu/packages/ipfs.scm (go-github-com-libp2p-go-libp2p-pubsub): Update to
0.16.0.
[arguments] <tests?, test-flags>: Enable the most of the tests.
[propagated-inputs]: Remove go-github-com-ipfs-go-log-v2 and
go-go-uber-org-zap.
[native-inputs]: Remove go-github-com-stretchr-testify.
