* gnu/packages/pdf.scm (poppler): Update to 26.07.0.
[arguments]<#:configure-flags>: Remove "-DENABLE_ZLIB=ON", since it is no
more
used and zlib is enabled by default. Add "-DENABLE_GPGME=OFF",
"-DENABLE_QT5=OFF", and "-DENABLE_QT6=OFF".
<#:phases>: Adapt; add `sanitize-pkg-config-files' phase.
(poppler-next): Adapt.
(poppler-qt5)[arguments]<#:configure-flags>: Adapt to build with Qt5.
(poppler-qt6)[arguments]<#:configure-flags>: Adapt to build with Qt6.
