* gnu/packages/gnuzilla.scm (mozjs): Update to 140.12.0-gnu1.
[version, source]: Use the same as icecat. Fixes the TODO.
[arguments]: Disable failing test.
(mozjs, mozjs-128, mozjs-115): Move below icecat.
