gnu: gnuplot: fix texdir installation path for lua tikz terminal.
* gnu/packages/gnuplot.scm (gnuplot)[arguments]: Install lua tikz
files under share/texmf-dist/tex/latex/gnuplot instead of
texmf-local/tex/latex/gnuplot, so that texlive-libkpathsea can
locate gnuplot-lua-tikz.sty and gnuplot.lua via GUIX_TEXMF.
