gnu: Remove emacs-which-key.
The version built into Emacs 31.1 is more recent despite having the same
version number.
* gnu/packages/emacs-xyz.scm (emacs-which-key): Delete variable.
(emacs-which-key-posframe, emacs-hercules)
(emacs-spaceleader)[propagated-inputs]: Adjust accordingly.
